The lecture materials are based on the following textbooks. The texts are old, and will need to probably be gotten used. The material is still relevent.

Materials

A thumb drive (USB storage) is optional.  Towards the end of the course there will be some work in the VisualStudio environment.  Network space will be provided for development, but having a thumb drive to temporarily store your web program and data will be convenient.  Any capacity drive will work.
