Grandpa Zeien's Rhubarb Crunch
Base
- 5 c. diced rhubarb
- 1-3/4 c. white sugar
- 5 Tbs. flour
Arrange rhubarb in a greased 9x13 baking pan. Mix flour and sugar together and sprinkle over rhubarb
Crumb Topping:
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. rolled oats
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over the rhubarb mixture in the pan.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350°. Makes 8-12 servings.
