Pumpkin Pie
- 1½ c. Pumpkin (1 - 1lb. can)
- ½ tsp. salt
- 2 T. Molasses
Add:
- 3 slightly beaten eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 c. brown sugar
Pour into frozen shell(s)
- 1 deep 9" or 2 shallow 9"
Heat oven to 425°
Bake 40-50 min. (until silver knife comes clean)
