Corn on the Cob
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 1 T. sugar
- 3-8 ears of corn
Shuck the corm removing all the corn silk.
Fill a large pot with enough water to cover all the corn and let it float. Add the lemon juice and
sugar to the cold pot with the corn.
Bring the pot to a boil. Let it boil for 2-5 minutes (depending on freshness of corn). Turn off
the stove and let sit for 10 min to complete cooking.
Remove and enjoy! Add butter, salt and pepper as desired.
