Grilled Corn in the Husks
- 4 ears of corn in husks
- 1/4 cup butter softened
- 2 tsp. cilantro or parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- Salt and Pepper
Soak ears of corn in water for 30 minutes, drain.
Place ears of corn directly onto hot grill, covered.
Turn frequently, 20-25 minutes or until corn is soft, don’t worry if the husk gets blackened.
While corn is grilling, combine softened butter, cilantro or parsley and Parmesan cheese in a small bowl, set aside.
Remove corn from grill, allow to cool slightly and remove husk. Serve with seasoned butter and salt & pepper.
Note: The silk peels neatly with the husks!
